Looking for your own Denver version of the “Jersey Shore’s” G.T.L.,- Gym, Tanning, Laundry ? We found it!
by Leslie Stinson
Why don’t you hit Colorado Athletic Club in the Tabor Center on 16th and Larimer? The Light gym is open. Some of the new features will include an indoor rooftop pool, personal trainers, an outdoor patio that looks over Downtown and the 16th Street mall and 45,000 square feet of facilities.
Afterwards, walk a block or two and get your tan on at Zolarium on Market Street between 15th and 16th. They offer several different strengths and types of beds including a standing bed. For those that prefer to go UV-free, they also offer a 45 second spray tan.
Instead of a laundry mat, check out Revolution Cleaners. They’re an environmentally friendly dry cleaning service. If you don’t want to walk there after your rigorous gym and tanning routine, they offer free pick up and delivery. Revolution Cleaners is located at 1200 17th Street, level C of the parking garage.

Forever 21- More To Love!
Opening july 31!
Forever 21, we love you! We love you for your trendy styles and awesome prices, and now we're excited to announce that there will be more of you to love.
Forever 21 is expanding and remodeling. We're talking two massive stories complete with an interior escalator- it'll be the first fast-fashion department store Downtown!
The store will be packed with the gal's favorite fashions- but this is the news we've been waiting to tell you- they will start carrying a men's line too! Woo Hoo! Now your guy doesn't have to sit and hold your purse while you're shopping- you can get him some new looks too without breaking the bank.
This is a GIGANTIC remodel, and we're super excited that this flagship store will be at Denver Pavilions. But, I've got to give you the 411 here- when you do a major upgrade like this it takes some time. So the store will be TEMPORARILY closed until this Summer. Trust us, we've seen the plans, it'll be worth the wait.

Get your run on with a little help from Nike
We totally get that when times are tough, luxuries – like a personal trainer or even a gym membership – are often the first things to go.
Which is why Nike+ is so cool. Here’s how it works: First you get the gear – a pair of Nike+ running shoes, a Nike+ sensor and an iPod or iPhone. You can find all this at the Nike store in the Denver Pavilions. Warning: Give yourself some time to browse. There’s a lot to take in there.
Once you’re set up, just sign up for Nike+ at nike.com, and take advantage of the free training tools available. Log your runs, enter goals, get tips on training for a variety of races, enter challenges (solo or with a team), create running routes or chat with other runners in the online forum.
You’ll be running like a champ – and saving money like one, too -- in no time.

Don’t Leave Home Without... Fido?
We’ve all been there- you’ve got family or friends coming in from out of town and they want to experience Denver. They can’t stay with you for legit or manufactured reasons, so you suggest they select a hotel near the 16th St. Mall to see all the sites that Downtown has to offer.
But there’s only one problem, their consummate companion, their dog, is coming with them.
No worries, Downtown is full of pet-friendly hotels. These are our favs because they are cool to the core and don’t charge extra fees for pets.
