Couple A:

I love puns. But just like first dates, puns can hit or miss. When I met Nicole, however, I knew she was going to be my one and only. During our first date, I asked Nicole what she did for a living and she responded she was a lawyer. My response, of course, came in the form of a pun. I told her I felt lucky to have the chance to "court a lawyer." Expecting the sounds of crickets, she surprised me with the quick witted response, "well, that's still a hung jury!" It was love at first site or first bite, however you look at it. At that moment, I knew. Nicole was my pun and only.

Couple B:

Winter Park, bluegrass music, Super Mario Bros, Mexican food, breakfast burritos, crossword puzzles while waiting to order Snooze’s pancake of the day,  the warmth between her arms, red wine, George Clinton and the Parliament Funkadelic, road trips, family, my yellow lab Buster, Kerry.  Because when we are together I finally understand what is important and what is not.  And I finally know what love, this thing we hear so much about, is.

Couple C:

They say, “don’t get married if you’re really young, broke or a student” – we scored all three 10 years ago and discovered why it’s typically not advised. Both strong personalities, we’ve had our share of intense fights, but at the end of every day, I want nothing else than to be with him! After 10 amazing, adventurous and fulfilling years of marriage, we’re more in love than ever before. He still holds the door open, buys me gifts, takes me on dates and loves me unconditionally. We’re best friends and companions for life. I’m the luckiest girl in the world!

Fate. Serendipity. Kismet. Whatever you choose to call it, there is no mistaken that my husband and I were predestined to find each other. We had an inkling from the beginning, but it was made apparent after we had started dating and we realized that months before we had met, he had tripped over me while I was sitting on the floor in Barnes & Noble reading poetry.
We are soul mates. My husband’s kisses still make my toes curl even after 10 years of being together. He is my best friend, my lover, my forever and always, my destiny.
